WHERE IS THE RETAIL STORE LOCATED AND WHAT ARE THE OPENING HOURS?
Our retail store is located in Lai Chi Kok. Our Saturdays are by appointment only, please contact us via 2375-5923 to book a fitting session.
WHAT SIZE SHOULD I BUY?
You can refer to our Fitting advice and measure according to our Size Guide tab on every product page to find the right size. For first time purchases, we advise you to visit our retail store in Lai Chi Kok as in-store fitting is the best way to find the suitable size.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ONLINE ORDER?
Mostly within 3-4 working days. If you have already received an email with tracking information, please refer to the SF Express website on the progress of the order.  

Delivery time for online pre-orders is different for each school. Please refer to your school’s uniform webpage for further updates on delivery time.

WHY DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?
It is because the account can record your previous orders so that you can make reference to the sizes for your next purchase. Also, the account can save your address so you can save time when making future purchases. 
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
You should have received an Order Tracking Information email which will include a tracking number. You can log on to the SF Express website to Track & Trace the order using the given number.
CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
Orders can only be amended or cancelled within 30 minutes or before the order has been processed. After 30 minutes, our customer service team will not be able to cancel or amend the order. Please contact our team at 2375 5923.
HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN AND EXCHANGE?
You can refer to our Return and Exchange Policy. For in-store purchases, all return and exchange must be processed at our retail store.
