1. Order and Specifications

1.1 REGISTRATION

To use some of the services or features made available to you at UNIFORM-SUPPLY.COM, you will need to register. When you register you are required to provide information about yourself that is true, accurate, current, and complete in all respects. Should any of your registration information change, please notify us immediately at the following e-mail address info@uniform-supply.com. We may also change registration requirements from time to time.

The account password you provide should be unique and kept secure, and you must notify UNIFORM-SUPPLY.COM immediately of any breach of security or unauthorised use of your account.

1.2 SPECIFICATIONS

All products featured on UNIFORM-SUPPLY.COM are available for purchase. Specifications of sizes and details can be found alongside each product.

UNIFORM-SUPPLY.COM endeavours to display and describe as accurately as possible the fabrics and the printed colours of the products as they appear on the website, but cannot undertake to give any assurance that the colours of products supplied will exactly match those displayed on the Buyer’s display or home printing device.

1.3 FITTING

We recommend to try our products before purchasing to avoid the hassle of exchanges. To arrange fittings please visit the school PTA Shop or, alternatively, visit our retail store at Unit B1, 1/F, Liberal Building, 3 Wing Ming Street, Kowloon, Hong Kong.

2. Methods of Payment

2.1 METHOD

Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and any other methods which may be clearly advertised on the Site from time to time. Once this transaction is complete, you will then return to UNIFORM-SUPPLY.COM Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon dispatch of your order by UNIFORM-SUPPLY.COM

2.2 CURRENCY

We accept payments in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD) only.

3. Delivery

3.1 DISPATCH

All goods are dispatched within three to four business days of payment being received unless we have informed you of any delay or alternative arrangements have been agreed.

Please note: Delivery costs are in addition to prices quoted for the products, unless otherwise advised. Delivery costs, therefore, will be added to the final price to be paid.

4. Returns and Refunds

4.1 Return Policy

UNIFORM-SUPPLY.COM will accept product returns and provide refunds, exchanges or repairs where: 1) The product is faulty or is not of acceptable quality; or 2) The product is not fit for its intended purpose; and 3) The customer can present a receipt or other adequate proof of purchase.

Our policy will be no refunds for an incorrect size choice – only exchange. Products may be exchanged for another size if they are in as-new condition. Exchanges can only be made within 14 days of purchase.

Items must be returned to us unused with all labels still attached. Customers can also visit our school or retail shop during opening hours to inform us about any concerns regarding their order and enquire about an exchange or replacement.

UNIFORM-SUPPLY.COM reserves the right to assess the condition and age of returned goods prior to providing a repair, exchange or refund. This may result in a repair, exchange or refund being refused.

You are responsible for the cost of returning items to us in its original condition and of insuring it during transit, except where items received are already damaged.

4.2 DAMAGE INCURRED DURING SHIPPING?

If, upon receipt, you find your packaged damaged, please first determine if the products or merely the packaging has been damaged. In the former case, you will need to retain the original damaged packaging and contact us.

Please note: Discarding shipping materials may mean you are no longer eligible for a full refund as it will not be possible to process a shipping insurance claim.

5. No Right of Resale

5.1 CONSUMERS

UNIFORM-SUPPLY.COM exclusively supplies products for the designated school's uniform purpose.

(a) You agree to use the products solely for the intended purpose of wearing them as part of the designated school's uniform.

(b) You expressly agree not to use the products for any commercial, business, re-sale, entertainment, or any unauthorized purposes.

(c) Misuse of our products for purposes other than as school uniforms, especially for entertainment or any form of misrepresentation, is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

(d) Any breach of these terms may result in the immediate termination of your account and/or legal action, as deemed appropriate by UNIFORM-SUPPLY.COM.

5.2 BUSINESSES

UNIFORM-SUPPLY.COM only supplies products for internal use by your business. You agree not use the products for any re-sale purposes.
