HOW TO EXCHANGE

Read our Return and Exchange policy before you begin the exchange process

MAILING EXCHANGE - Available for Online orders only

1) Fill in the online Return and Exchange Form here

2) Pack the Return Product and Original Invoice into a secure bag or box.

3) Post the item with trackable shipping method to the following address:

3 Wing Ming Street, Lai Chi Kok, Kowloon, Hong Kong

*All shipping charges will NOT be covered by UNIFORM-SUPPLY.COM

Once your parcel reaches us, it usually takes 3 to 4 working days to ship out the exchange item by courier with shipping costs paid on collection. If there are any price differences, our team will inform you of the method for payment or refund.

IN-STORE EXCHANGE - Available for Online and In-Store orders

1) Fill in the online Return and Exchange Form here

2) Pack the Return Product and Original Invoice into a secure bag or box.

3) Visit our retail store in Lai Chi Kok during opening hours as follow:

    Monday to Friday: 10am - 6pm (Closed on 1:30pm to 2:30pm)
    Saturday: 10am - 2pm (By appointment only)
    Closed on: Sunday and public holidays

    *All in store purchases must be returned or exchanged in the physical retail store.  


    What to do when I receive a WRONG or DEFECTIVE item?

    1) Contact our Customer Service Team via phone or email with an attached photo of the wrong or defective item.

    2) Once our staff verified the defects or incorrect items. We will send the corrected item to you with an email containing tracking details.

    3) At the same time, please pack the defects or incorrect products into a secure bag. Our team will arrange a courier to pick up your item during the delivery.  

    If you opt for a refund, our customer service team will contact you after we receive the item and provide a refund in your original method of payment.
