Upon receipt of an order, we aim to process and deliver goods within 3-4 working days.

2) Click & Collect or in-store purchase in Lai Chi Kok.

Regular Items Exchanges

Our policy will be no refunds for an incorrect size choice – only exchange (except for socks). Products may be exchanged for another size if they are in as-new condition – please make sure not to wash the garments. Regular Exchanges can only be made within 30 days (start from 1st Feb 2023) of purchase.

All HKUGAC Sale items items are non-refundable, non-returnable and non-exchangeable. These sales are final.
